Order/Payment info

Note: For all orders over the internet, you will still have to fill out our "Generic Secure Server" form online for using credit cards, Visa and MasterCard only. We reserve the exclusive right to reject or accept credit cards, checks, cash, etc. at our total discretion. As a new security precaution, we will be requiring the last three numbers on the back of your credit card. This is soon expected to become mandatory in all credit card transactions.

Generic Secure Server Page-Call us on the phone, and when we make an agreement, you can email, fax, or just call us back then us our exclusive "catch all" secure server page to pay for your order in confidence and safe online e-commerce.

Pay/Order via wire service- Once we have a total price agreement, you can wire your payment to our bank, First Commercial Bank of Huntsville. There will be an additional $12.00 fee you will have to add to your bill for our bank's service charge.
Pay/Order via Western Union- Same as #7 above except the money should go to Rousseau's Sporting Goods and Awards, Inc. a $12.00 service charge also applies.

Ordering/Shipping/Terms & Policies

To order products, you may email us, fax us, or order in person. We have 5 show rooms of products at our store in Huntsville.

We ship to anywhere including "Beautiful Hawaii". Next day air is no problem. However, all freight costs are passed on. There will be a $5.00 -$15.00 service charge on all internet/mail orders under $50.00, in addition to shipping cost. We reserve the right to ask for a minimum order of $100 on certain items. Service charges may also apply on "walk in" orders. Some vendor special order items may also incur small minimum order or service charges also. UPS picks up at our door every day. Many orders are shipped same day. Shipping by DHL, Federal Express, and the U.S. Post Office also available.

All approved net accounts are net 10. Pre-approved credit application is necessary. (Generally, Schools, Government Agencies, and Corporations are quickly and easily approved.) Purchase orders accepted from qualified accounts. Prepayment by Visa, Master Card, Money Order, Cashiers check, accepted. C.O.D. accepted on a situation by situation basis. Service charges for hurry up orders and less that minimums sometimes apply. All internet retail sales must be pre-paid. There is a $10 service charge for C.O.D. and Western Union money order transfers.
Sales tax in Alabama is 8 %. Customer/Buyer is responsible for any sales or use tax that may apply in their respective local areas. We reserve the right to refuse payment in some forms like credit cards and personal and company checks. (We are charged almost 2 1/2 % of purchase and on some types of orders this fee cannot be absorbed by us.)

Re-Stocking, return of merchandise: There is up to a 25 % or $50.00 restocking charge (whichever is more) plus shipping and handling expenses when deemed appropriate. Returns are not guaranteed.

For Sporting Goods Dealers, Sales Reps, Wholesalers and Distributors of Quik-Tek Software and other products, and WholesaleAwards accounts, email us with your full address, fax and phone number. If you are interested in joining the Virtual Trade Show as a vendor or Buying Group Member, register as a "Dealer/Retailer" or Manufacturer.
